3 Rivers clients may use any community representative payee they choose however if a client chooses 3 Rivers Mental Health Center offers a client centered representative payee program that is both respectful and empowering to the client while meeting the rules and regulations of the Social Security Administration. Representative payee services are available to any client whom the Social Security Administration has determined must utilize a rep. payee. 3 Rivers staff work with each client to become as independent in their finances as possible. Unlike other Representative Payee providers, 3 Rivers Mental Health Center does not charge our clients a fee for this service.
