Three Rivers Mental Health Center does not keep a Licensed Addiction Counselor on staff. The mental health center instead utilizes community based LAC services giving clients a choice in who they feel comfortable working with. All new clients at 3 Rivers Mental Health Center are as an aspect of the intake process assessed by a staff professional for indications of chemical dependency. Clients, like all other individuals are free to seek out assistance for chemical dependency if they wish. No one at 3 Rivers will attempt to force a client into treatment.
